How Customer Health Works

The Customer Health page gives the user a way to see and edit details related to a customer’s medical information.

Customer and health view permissions are needed to see this page, and health edit permission is needed to make any changes.

The Health tab is the third tab down on the left side of the customer record and is displayed with a heart symbol.

At the top of the health screen, the user has quick access to information related to the customer’s medical records. This includes their Physician’s information, shots and immunizations, and insurance information.

The user can click the calendar to choose dates for the Tetanus show, or click the “N/A” button if needed. They also have the ability to select Exempt for immunizations.

Also easily visible at the top of the page, is the “able to swim” marker. Users can easily see if the customer is water safe, and can click to toggle the switch on or off as needed.

Below the medical record information, the user can see any medical conditions that apply to the customer. All conditions that apply can be clicked to select them, and multiple can be selected at once.

Note: There is also a text field below for any other conditions that may apply. This is only seen when the “other” check box has been selected.

There are also additional text fields for any medications the customer may be taking and their purpose, and any other health history that needs to be noted. The next few text fields on the health page are for any restrictions the customer may have. This includes dietary and activity restrictions. And at the bottom of the page, there is also an “additional health information” text box in case there is any other information that was not noted in any of the previous fields.

When changes have been made to this page, a “save” button and a “discard” button will appear in the customer header.

If changes have been made and the user tries to redirect the page without saving or discarding, they will see a dialog asking them what they would like to do with these changes.

If the user clicks discard in the header, or discard in the dialog, they will get a confirmation message.
