How the Customer Agenda Works

The Customer Agenda gives the user a list of all of today’s classes the customer is registered for.

Note: Clicking between the tabs on the left side of the screen will change this screen.

It is shown by default when a customer record is opened, but can also be accessed by clicking the top tab on the left hand side of the record.

The Customer Agenda is made up of two sections: “Today” for activities that are occurring on the current day, and “Enrolled by…” for all activities the customer is signed up for.

If the customer is part of a family membership, the “Today” section of the agenda will show all family members. The picture of the member(s) who are attending each activity are shown to the right of each item in the list, and their name(s) will be shown at the bottom of the activity details.

The “Enrolled by…” section will only show the actives of the family member that is currently being viewed, so we do not show the names or pictures of the enrolled member in that section.

The items listed in the customer’s agenda show whether they are drop ins, or rosters.

There is a green dot when the class is currently in session.

Below the class name, the user can see what time the class is scheduled for, who the instructor is, and what venue the class is in.

If an activity is clicked, the user will be able to see the activity dialog for more information.

Normally, the items listed will show with a white background.

If the activity’s scheduled time has already passed, it will look dim with a green line separating it from the classes that have not occurred yet.

If a customer still owes a payment on any of the items listed, or if a required waiver is not signed, they will show in yellow.

Payments can be made for these classes by clicking the “$ Due” button to the right.

When clicked, there will be a payments due dialog where the user can see what payments are needed. All payments for the activity are automatically selected here, but the user can unselect them if necessary.

If a waiver is due for one of the activities, a list can be seen by clicking the waiver button to the right.

When clicked, there will be a forms and waivers dialog where the user can see what forms and waivers have already been signed, and which ones still need to be signed for the selected class.

To complete a waiver, the user just needs to click the gray button. The icon will turn green to show it is in process. Directly from this screen, the user will be able to type in the reference number and check whether the customer or their guardian signed the waiver.

The plus sign at the bottom of the agenda will allow the user to add more activities to the customer’s agenda. This will allow the user to look up and select the classes that the customer would like to purchase.
