Kiosk Program Guide
The kiosk offers ALL users access to the Program Guide module from the landing page. The Program Guide shows all activities happening at a location throughout a date range. This module is similar to the Daily Agenda, with the main differences being that users have a wider range of activities they can see, and events and reservations are not shown here. Users are able to search for the desired activity or they can browse through the listings. When an activity is found it can be selected for additional information and options. Continue reading for more details on the Program Guide module!
Overview
Select the “Program Guide” module from the landing page or mini-module menu. Users do not need to be signed into the kiosk to open the daily agenda screen but will be limited in the available options.
Unlike other modules, the "Program Guide" does NOT require specific permission to open. However, some options will require permission (selling a class) and will not be visible until the user signs into the kiosk.
There are a number of important visual queues used in the Program Guide to give users quick feedback and highlight important information. The activity types (roster, drop in, etc) are all color-coded and there are a number of availability statuses'. Keep an eye on this real-time information as you browse through the list!

Search and Filter
When the Program Guide loads it will by default show any available activities for the location for the next month. Users have the option to either select a different date range or apply some of the available filters.
The text search will filter the results displayed for the chosen date range. Users can enter text to search time, description, display name, class type, category, subcategory, marketing description, venue, instructor, and registration number.
Hit the “X” next to the search text to quickly clear the search filter.
The filter buttons can be toggled on or off at any point to narrow the list of activities. Multiple filters can be applied at once, working together with entered search text to return matching activities in the selected date range. The filter options are:
Drop Ins - Includes those activities associated with Drop-In type classes.
Roster - Includes those activities associated with Roster type classes.
Visits - Includes those activities associated with Single Visits type classes.
Only Available - Includes those activities that are available for purchase, filtering out activities that are at capacity, cancelled, occur in the past, are not yet available for sale, or where the registration end date has passed.
The buttons will be a darker color when the filter is turned on.
Explore
Once the desired activity is found it can be selected to see all of the details. If a user is signed in they will also be able to purchase the activity. For additional information and details about the activity details screen read the article “Activity Modal Overview“.
