Explore Kiosk Sales
The sales module is the core chunk of functionality offered by the kiosk and there are many ways users can interact with the available features. There are multiple permissions governing access to sales that will dictate things like permission to manually open the cash drawer, access to perform refunds, override prices or capacity, etc. The register breaks up the items available for purchase into multiple categories displayed as tabs along the left side of the screen. Read through this article to see what is available and how it works!
Prior to loading the sales module, the kiosk will verify that there is an active register session. Follow the onscreen prompts or read more about using register sessions to continue.

Search & Filters
Each sales tab will offer unique search and filter options that will allow users to narrow the list of items and help them find what they need more quickly. For additional information on using the search and filters check out the article “Search for a Kiosk Sale Item“.
Keep in mind that the search and filter options will only return results in the sales tab that is selected (i.e.: memberships, activities, etc).
Memberships
Shown by default, the membership sales screen will list all of the available memberships offered by a location. Each membership can be selected for additional information including the description, terms and plan cost, and registration fee amount.
Once the desired plan and term are selected users will see an editable start date and have the option to choose the primary customer for the membership plan.
When the customers have all been selected, users can add the plan to the cart and complete the purchase. For more details on using the membership sales screens, GO HERE.
Activities
The second tab in Sales is where users can go to see activity details and sell them to customers. Users can see and filter all activities in the location. When a class is selected users will see the details, select a customer(s), modify the price and then add the activity purchase to the cart. For more details on using the activity sales screens, GO HERE.
Rentals
The third sales tab is Rentals where users can search for and apply customer payments to a scheduled rental. For more details on using the rental sales screens, GO HERE.
Gift Cards
The next tab is where users can sell gift cards for their location. There are only two options, sell a new gift card or reload an existing customer gift card.
When either option is selected users will be prompted to enter the gift card number and set the desired amount to load to the gift card and add it to the cart.
For more details on using the gift card sales screens, GO HERE.
Punch Cards
The fifth tab down is where users can see and sell the available Punch Cards. Punch cards allow customers to purchase a ticket that gives them access to a set number of activities, concessions, or memberships (generally day passes). The types of available punch cards will depend on what the location has created. The intent is to allow customers to buy a handful of similar things at a reduced, set cost.
When a punch is selected users will need to enter a bar code and add it to the cart to complete the sale. For more details on using the punch card sales screens, GO HERE.
Concessions
The next to last sales tab will be the ever-popular Concessions screen. The concessions screen is unique in that it will present users with a variety of buttons based on how the location has set up the concession categories. When a user selects a concession category they can choose an item to sell to the customer.
Depending on the concession item, users may be able to choose from additional options and item modifiers. Once the user has selected all of the item details they will be able to add them to the cart and complete the checkout.

Day Passes
The final sales tab is where users can sell customers a day pass. When the desired day pass is selected users can see the specific details, select a customer, modify the cost, and add it to the cart for purchase. For more details on using the day pass sales screens, GO HERE.
