How the Sales Concessions Screen Works

Concessions are the sixth tab down in the Sales module.
From here, a search for a specific concession item can be performed (item prices are NOT searchable).
Note: Clicking on an item from the results will bring you to the item dialog, which you can see further down in this article.
Without searching, users can use the available buttons for all concession categories.
Once a user has selected the category they want to see, all of the items in that category are displayed.
There is a back button in the upper left corner that will take the user back to the categories.
Once an item has been selected, the user will see a dialog where they can select a price option and any desired modifiers.
If needed, the user can update the quantity, or override the price in the bottom right corner.
Users will need price override permission if they wish to change the price. If they do not, they will be asked for manager approval.
Once the price and modifiers have been selected, and any overrides have been completed, the user can add the concession item to the cart. The item and any modifiers are shown in the cart.
