How to Exit the Kiosk

The functionality for Exiting the Kiosk will differ depending on user permissions and if the Kiosk is being run in appliance mode or not.

If the Kiosk is NOT being run in appliance mode, anyone can exit the Kiosk, regardless of the user’s permissions.

If the Kiosk IS being run in appliance mode, the Kiosk can only be exited by a user that has permission to exit the Kiosk in appliance mode.



Step-by-step guide

To exit the Kiosk, click the Menu button in the top right corner of the Kiosk, then click “Exit Kiosk” from the menu options.

When “Exit Kiosk” is clicked, the user will see a confirmation dialog. They will need to click “Okay” to confirm.

The Kiosk will close after the user clicks “Okay” in the confirmation dialog.
