Dashboard KPI Manager Overview

The Dashboard API Manager performs a similar role as the Report Manager in that it allows users to define access to dashboard widgets. Each widget can be defined so that all dashboard users have access or only specific users have access. Users can also disable a widget entirely by making it inactive.
Navigate the KPI's
Similar to the report manager the Dashboard Manager will have the widgets listed by category. These parent categories help group related widgets by topic.
Expand the categories to browse for a widget or use the search box to filter the widget list to those that match keywords.
The widget list has an icon for each report signaling the global permission, Allow All or Deny All.

Deny All - "X"
Users can further filter the widget list using the bottom Active/Inactive/All toggle buttons.
Report Details
When a report is selected the report details will show the dashboard widget name, category, and description.
