Manage Active or Inactive Dashboard Widgets

The Dashboard KPI Manager module allows users to set widgets as either "Active" or "inactive". This will allow users to decide which dashboard widgets can be used and which widgets, if any, will be hidden.


If a dashboard widget is made "inactive" it is NOT visible to any user regardless of any override permissions.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to Settings → Data Managers → Dashboard KPI Manager

  2. Select the desired widget

    Use filters, like the Active/Inactive filter, to quickly find the widget you need.

  3. Click on the "Active" toggle

    STATUS

  4. Click the "SAVE" button

  5. The changes have been set


Keep in mind that when a widget is made active or inactive it may be filtered out of the list of widgets. Adjust the Active/Inactive/All filter at the bottom to find the widget.
