Why will multiple reports not open?

Question

When I select multiple reports and click "Run Report" why don't all of the reports open up in tabs as they should?

Answer

When a user selects more than one report and tries to run them all at once the user's browser may block all but one of the selected reports. If this happens you will see a warning in Office and your browser should notify you that it has blocked pop-ups on the site. The browser pop-up notice will look different depending on the browser that is being used. 


Here are some examples of pop-up blocker messages from several browsers.

Chrome:

From the Chrome web bar click "Pop-up blocked" and allow pop-ups for the website.


Firefox:

From the Firefox warning click "Options" and allow pop-ups for the website.
