Community Connect Kiosk

  • Membership discounts were not being properly added when multiple sale items were being added to the cart. We are now adding the discount correctly for each item.

  • Membership discounts were only being added to concession items with a recipient. Now the membership discount will apply to all items, as long as the purchaser has a membership that applies to the items in the cart.

  • Employee discounts were not being calculated correctly when multiple items of different item types were added to the cart. The calculation has been adjusted to correct the discount amount.

  • When multiple of the same punch card are sold in a single sale, only one was being activated. We were incorrectly setting both punch card sale items to the same punch card number, so only one punch card was working. We have addressed the issue of assigning the punch card number, so all punch cards should work. 

  • There is no longer a minimum requirement for additional class payments. Once the initial down payment has been paid and the customer has been added to the roster, any amount (up to the remaining amount) can be added to the cart in future payments.

  • During checkout, users were being prompted for forms when they were not required for the selected classes. They are now only being prompted for forms when they are required by the selected classes and the customer does not already have them completed.

  • When selling multiple activities to multiple different customers, there was a bug in checking when a customer could be added to an activity, causing customers to be shown as ineligible when they should have been added without any issues. As long as the customer is not already in the activity, they can be added now.

  • When there was a membership discount added to a class down payment sale, the discount was being removed on the sale, but then being removed again in the remaining balance that was shown on the customer record, causing an incorrect amount due. We have adjusted the calculations for the remaining balance and the correct amount is now being shown.

  • Classes were showing with an “ended” status when the last day of the class was today, even if the last activity had not ended yet. The class lists and class details dialog have been updated to show “ended” only if the last activity is over.
