Community Connect Kiosk

  • When an autopay customer changes to a non-autopay plan, their autopay record is now automatically disabled and/or unsuspended.

  • When opening a new Register Session, the opening balance limit has been changed from $1,000 to $9,999.99. This does not affect the default opening amount, but allows the user to override the default amount up to the new limit.

  • The Program Guide no longer shows every activity for Drop In or Single Visit classes. The class instance is shown only once. If you choose to purchase the class, you are then prompted to select the specific date and time.

  • The Sales Module no longer shows every activity for Drop In or Single Visit classes. The class instance is shown only once. If you choose to purchase the class, you are then prompted to select the specific date and time.

  • The text on the Purchase buttons for classes has been changed to more clearly indicate what is being purchased.

    • For Roster classes, the button says Purchase Class.

    • For Drop Ins, the button says Purchase Drop In.

    • For Single Visits, the button says Purchase Visit.

    • For classes that allow both Roster and Single Visit, both the Purchase Class and Purchase Visit buttons will show.

Online Sales

  • Adjusted some spacing to make the new “Sold Out” indicator more obvious.

Community Connect Mobile

  • Customer basic profile and contact information can now be edited in Community Connect Mobile by users with permission to view and edit customer data!

  • Customer health information can now be edited in Community Connect Mobile by users with permission to view and edit customer health data!

Reports

  • The default date range for the Autopay Status History report is now set to include just the previous day.

  • The Health Partners Enrollment report has been modified to include plans from any Membership Package that includes the words “Health Partners”. The word “trial” is no longer required in the Membership Category name. (Applies ONLY to the USE Territory)
