What is included in the Waitlist Tab?


The complete list of customers added to the waitlist for a roster class can be seen by clicking the “Waitlist” tab below the header in the Activity Details dialog.

When a class is full, customers can be added to the waitlist so they can be given an opportunity to purchase the class if a spot opens up. This list of customers will be shown with the date they were added to the waitlist.

Additional customers can be added by clicking the “+” button.

If the “+” button is clicked, the user will see a customer search dialog, so they can find the customer they want to add to the waitlist.

Customers that no longer wish to be included in the waitlist can be removed by clicking the “X” button.

If a customer is removed from the waitlist, the user will see a confirmation dialog, asking them if they are sure they want to remove the customer.

If a spot opens up on the roster and a customer from the waitlist would like to purchase the class, the cart button can be selected.
