How to use the Volunteer Opportunities Module

  • This new module connects to your Red Kettle Worker application to pull in current volunteer opportunities for the location in view

  • Users will be able to search by zip, city, state, etc. or click “Use my location” to search by their current zip code

  • After loading, they can browse the map to view more locations

Admin

  • Edits can be made to the Free Text Area portion in admin, but available shifts are managed in the Red Kettle Worker application

  • Edits can be made to the Volunteer Statistics portion in Conductor

  • These stats will be for the whole territory for the previous Kettle season
