    1. https://mdqa.salvationarmy.org/dn_conductor/admin

  2. Under the sites option in the Admin section of the Conductor navigation on the left, create a new site. (loading gdos normally takes a minute)

    6. Under division, select Empire state, it will link to the Albany gdos map location by default

  3. Click the new site’s edit icon and it will bring you to the myPages screen.

  4. You should notice that in the myPages screen, nearly everything will be toggled on under the “Show in Menu” column.

    1. Go ahead and toggle several off, but keep note of what is left on

    2. Try to break it some, toggle several things, off-on-off etc.

  5. Click on Home

  6. From Home, add and edit modules.

    1. Make existing modules visible

    2. Make visible modules hidden

    3. Add multiple modules

      1. Stories, cards, and free text areas are popular

    4. Delete Modules

    5. Then click the View Page icon in the top right corner.

    6.

    7. Do all the modules look and perform as expected

      1. Do links work, images are visible and sized correctly

  7. Return to the Admin page.

  8. On the left vertical navigation bar, select Manage Events

    1. Create a new event in the future

    2. Return to the manage events page by clicking “Back to Manage Events” in the top left corner and make sure the new event is toggled as published, and the “Show” radio button is selected.

    3. Click on the new event to verify the dates are correct.

    4. And once again hit the View Page icon in the top right corner to verify on the page the event is presented correctly.

  9. Close out all of the tabs that opened up when hitting the View Page icon. (Any visible version of what would look like the live site)

  10. Now return all the way to the Conductor (the visible screen where we created the site)

  11. Verify you are in the Territorial Headquarters

  12. Click on the Theater Slides option under the “Modules” categories on the left.

  13. We will create two slides

    1. For testing purposes, label the first slide something obvious (testslideOne)

      1. Add a filter, alignment, etc as you wish

      2. Mark the checkbox, “Display after first local slide”

    2. For the second slide, use an obvious name as well (secondTestSlide)

      1. Use different design elements than the first slide

      2. Do not mark the “Display after first local slide” checkbox

  14. Once the two slides are created

    1. Syndicate the first slide by clicking the icon toward the right of the screen, with a circle and three arrows facing down/diagonal.

      1. Once you click a popup will open and it should say syndicated to 0 cites

      2. Click the Division your new site is under, ours is under Empire State

      3. Then Syndicate it directly to your site, or to DHQ if it is set up with a user.

      4.

    2. Share the second slide using the next icon to the right, the plus sign with three arrows facing down/diagonal

    3. Using the same process, select your division, and either select the checkbox next to your site’s name, or the Share to DHQ option.

  15. *This is only applicable if you syndicated or shared to a DHQ

    1. Go to the top left where it should say Territorial HQ and hit the down arrow to select the DHQ you sent your Theater Slides to.

    2. Under the Theater Slides Section in the Modules area, verify your two slides are there

    3. The first slide should have locks on it and the second one should just be visible

    4. Syndicate the first slide just as before except this time you will select your sites name

    5. Share the second slide using the same steps

  16. Go back to your sites admin where we were editing it, either by selecting the site from conductor or from a tab we left open.

    1. Under myPages, select the Home screen option.

    2. Under the home admin page, select Theater Space module on the left to verify our two new slides are there, the first one locked, and the second one shared.

      1. Make sure everything is toggled on as visible and then click the View Page icon on the left

      2. The syndicated slide should appear second, and the shared slide should just appear in whatever order it was added to the site.

    3. Back to admin, under the Theater Space Module, Delete the shared Theater Slide and verify it was deleted in the View Page.

  17. Return all the way to conductor, select the THQ using the dropdown on the left.

  18. Select Theater slides module

  19. Un-synidicate our first slide, by clicking on the syndicate icon(should actually be a number now representing how many sites it was syndicated too), and select the Division, and uncheck the site or DHQ we sent it to.

  20. Return to the Sites Admin, Home page, and click the View Page Icon one last time. Both of our new slides should be completely gone.

    1. Check the overall page to make sure nothing has changed or regressed.

  21. Optional, From conductor, delete our page by selecting Sites on the left Navigation plane.

    1. Select our Divisions drop down by clicking the Plus icon near the Division name.

    2. Once you locate our site, click the trash can icon on the far right.
