Updated the National Site to use the same GDOS location search as the other Symphony users.

Bugs fixed

Resolved issue where users were unable to add a Free Text Area module in FireFox.

Resolved issue where sharing content from conductor would incorrectly place that content in “My Content” which would prevent the user from saving. This workflow will now place this content in “Branded” content since the content lives in the conductor.
