The kiosk recent entries feature is a great tool that allows users to quickly see a list of customers that have entered the facility so they can engage with them. It will highlight customers with notifications and identify someone that should not be allowed in the center.
Overview
Quickly access the recent entries from anywhere in the kiosk by selecting the icon at the top.
The recent entry option will only be accessible after a kiosk user has signed in.
When selected, the "Recent Entry" module provides a quick way to see everyone who has entered the facility in the last two hours (with the most recent first) and their pictures to help identify the customer. All of the customers allowed entry will have a green dot next to their picture. This is consistent throughout the kiosk so users can see those that have entered the facility for the day.
When a customer is selected the customer profile will open allowing the user to learn more about the individual.
The customer profile will only open if the user has permissions to view the customer data.
