When a Community Connect Mobile user is interacting with a customer they have the ability to send the customer specific details on any class the center offers. Included in the details is a link that will take the customer directly to information about the class on the center's Online Sales site where they can also enroll.

Step-by-step guide

Sending someone class details is a quick and convenient tool that will help both users and customers alike!

  1. Begin by opening the desired class.
  2. From the class details tab, select the "Send Details" button.

  3. Select the "find customer" button to select an existing customer and have it automatically fill in the phone and email fields.

  4. Search for and select the existing customer.

    You may not have to search for the customer if you recently viewed their record. Those are automatically listed.

  5. The phone and email will automatically populate from the customer record. Select or de-select the green check next to the type of notification the customer wants to use (or use both).

  6. Hit "Send" and the customer will receive the information.

The customer will receive the class details from an automated process that they cannot reply back to as it is for informational purposes only.
