Access to customer information is a vital function of the kiosk. The customer module will return customer ALL customer records in from a center. There are several customer tabs available for users to gain information on their customers. User access to this information is controlled via permissions.

There is a variety of information available to users about a selected customer. When a customer profile is opened users will see basic information in the customer heading along with the customers customer's picture. The customer heading gives an at-a-glance view of the customer name, membership plan (if applicable), several icon indicators, and notifications. Customer indicators can give users immediate feedback without looking through the record for information.

Primary billing customer flag (if applicable).
Signature on file (pencil icon).
ID verified (check mark checkmark in shield icon).
Has a Scholarship (graduation cap icon).
Customer on AutoPay (stop watch stopwatch icon).
There are a number of other options users can select from the customer heading and get important information quickly.

Membership
The membership plan section will always be displayed and will show any current or previous membership for the customer. If the customer has had more than one plan only the most recent one will be displayed.
Membership plan name.
Multi-member or Individual plan type.
Count of members in the plan.
Start and end date of the plan.
Important Flags:
"Current" - shown when membership is active.
"Auto Pay" - shown when a customer is on auto pay.
"Auto Pay Suspended" - shown when a customer is suspended from auto pay.

If a plan has expired it will NOT show the "current" tag and will show the plan end date in bold. |
If the customers customer's plan is a multi-member plan users will see a "members" list that will display all customers on the membership plan.

Shown by default, the agenda tab shows the activities the customer (and any other member on a multi-member plan) is enrolled in. Each class activity can be selected for additional information. Users can easily see when there is a balance or waiver is due for the registered activity.

The profile tab provides users with essential details about the customer. There is basic contact information for the customer, birth date, and some helpful flags that show if they are active, allowed entry, have a signature on file, and if their ID has been verified.

The health tab will show all health-related information on the customers customer's record. This allows users quick access to vital information if any health-related questions or issues arise.

Users can select the payment methods tab to see all payment methods that have been saved for the customer.
