The purpose of the sales (register) module on the kiosk is pretty straightforward: it allows users to sell things! That being said, there is a lot going on and many, many options to choose from. The following is an overview of the sales module and will help users become familiar with the available options and features.



Overview

Navigate to the register by selecting the "Sales" option on the landing page. Once the Sales module has loaded, users will by default see the list of available memberships for purchase.

As with other modules, "Sales" has specific user permissions needed to perform certain functions. If an option is not available, please ensure you have the appropriate user permissions.

The Sales module breaks up items available for purchase into multiple sales categories. Comb through the different sales categories (memberships, activities, concessions, etc) by picking from one of the tabs on the left.



The search box will allow users to quickly look for a specific item within the tab they have selected. When users enter and search text the results will be filtered on matching sale items. For more information on performing a search in Sales read the article "Search for a Kiosk Sale Item". 



Cart

As items are selected for purchase they are added to the cart where users will see the details for the transaction and add discounts, collect payments or void the sale entirely.
