The kiosk offers ALL users access to the Daily Agenda module from the landing page. The daily agenda module is focused on showing all activities happening at a location on a specific date. It breaks out the list of activities by the hour where users have the option to search for the desired activity or they can browse through the listings. When an activity is found it can be selected for additional information and options. Continue reading for more details on using the ever-present daily agenda module!
Overview
Select the “Daily Agenda” module from the landing page or mini-module menu. Users do not need to be signed into the kiosk to open the daily agenda screen but will be limited in the available options.

Unlike other modules, the "Daily Agenda" does NOT require specific permission to open. However, some options will require permission (selling a class) and will not be visible until the user signs into the kiosk.
Search and Filter
When the daily agenda loads it will by default show all activities for the location on the current date. Users have the option to either select a different date or apply some of the available filters.
The text search will filter the results displayed on the selected date. Users can enter text to search time, description, display name, class type, category, subcategory, marketing description, venue, instructor and registration number.
The filter buttons can be toggled on or off at any point to narrow the list of activities. Multiple filters can be applied at once, working together to return matching activities on the selected date. The filter options are:
Drop Ins - Includes those activities associated with Drop-In type classes and Single Visits.
Roster - Includes those activities associated with Roster type classes.
Rental - Includes those activities associated with Rentals.
Reservations - Includes those activities associated with Reservations.
Only Available - Includes those activities that are available for purchase, filtering out activities that are at capacity, cancelled, occur in the past, are not yet available for sale, or where the registration end date has passed. Note: this will always drop rental and reservation activities since those are not “available.”
