The Data Managers module allows users to set reports as either "Active" or "inactive". This will allow users to decide which reports can be used and which reports, if any, will be hidden.
If a report is made "inactive" it is NOT visible to any user regardless of any override permissions.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Settings → Data Managers
Select the desired report
Use the Active/Inactive filter to more quickly find the report you need.
Click on the "Active" toggle
STATUS
Click the "SAVE" button
The changes have been set
Keep in mind that when a report is made active or inactive it may be filtered out of the report list. Adjust the Active/Inactive/All filter at the bottom to find the report.
