The OMS Organization screen allows users to create reference points (shortcuts) to other positions in the organization hierarchy. These shortcuts allow position node details to be replicated as an additional node in the hierarchy tree. Users can create multiple shortcuts for a position but can only edit the position details on the original (source) position node. Shortcuts will replicate the source position node data in the Personnel Address Book.
