What parameters are available for each Email template?








Question

There are a number of automated emails used in Community Connect. Within each email template that is used are parameters that tailor the email for a specific use. So, what email template parameters are available?






Information

Each message template has a set of parameter names that if included in the body of the email, the parameter name will be replaced with the parameter value when the email is sent to the customer.





Add Guest

The email is sent when in Community Connect Online Sales a guest is added to someone's guest list. The email is sent to the guest's email address alerting them that they have been added.

  • %GuestAddUrl% - The URL for the guest to configure permissions in Community Connect Online Sales in relation to the customer who added them



After Membership Expiration

The email is sent 5 days after a customer's membership expires.

  • Includes parameters in the Center Default Parameters* section below

  • Includes parameters in the Customer Default Parameters* section below

  • %LastDayToRenew% - The date of the last day to renew the membership before a registration fee is required

  • %MemExpDate% - The date the membership expires

  • %PlanName% - The name of the membership plan



Auto Pay Failed

The email is sent the day following an auto payment failure.

  • Includes parameters in the Center Default Parameters* section below

  • Includes parameters in the Customer Default Parameters* section below

  • %AutoPayDate% - The date the auto payment failed

  • %AutoPayMonth% - The name of the month the auto payment failed

  • %CCLastFour% - The last four digits of the credit card that failed - this may be blank if not applicable or not available



Before Credit Card Expiration

The email is sent if a customer's auto pay credit card is to expire in the next month.

  • %CCLastFour% - The last four digits of the credit card that is about to expire - this may be blank if not applicable or not available



Before Membership Expiration

The email is sent 5 days before a customer's membership expires.

Community Connect Online Sales Customer Change Email

The email is sent when a customer requests to change their email address in Community Connect Online Sales. The email parameters include the verification PIN and URL to confirm the address.

  • %ChangeEmailUrl% - The URL for the customer to change their Community Connect Online Sales account email

  • %Token% - Alphanumeric combination for validation
