Added a toggle that lets Symphony users determine if the Content Box should be displayed.
Giving Toolbar Mobile Update
Added the ability to configure(on/off) short descriptions for the giving toolbar on mobile devices. This is done by adding/removing <span class="mobile>string here</span> from the Conductor config.
