Each center can utilize LiveChat in Online Sales to allow their customers to ask questions. In order to enable it for Online Sales follow the steps below.
Step-by-step guide
Turn on LiveChat by:
- Log into the LiveChat account for the center
- Go to Settings
- Go to Channels>Chat Widget
Copy the serial number out of the "code" (e.g.: 1234567)
- Open KrocAdmin
- Go to CCMS Sales module
On the "General" tab, enter the LiveChat serial number
- Check the box "Enable Live Chat"
- Save
- LiveChat is now active for your center!
Before LiveChat can be turned on via KrocAdmin, each center must first create a LiveChat account and style it accordingly.
