Each center can utilize LiveChat in Online Sales to allow their customers to ask questions. In order to enable it for Online Sales follow the steps below.

Step-by-step guide

Turn on LiveChat by:

  1. Log into the LiveChat account for the center
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Go to Channels>Chat Widget
  4. Copy the serial number out of the "code" (e.g.: 1234567)

  5. Open KrocAdmin
  6. Go to CCMS Sales module
  7. On the "General" tab, enter the LiveChat serial number

  8. Check the box "Enable Live Chat"
  9. Save
  10. LiveChat is now active for your center!



Before LiveChat can be turned on via KrocAdmin, each center must first create a LiveChat account and style it accordingly.
