Community Connect Release Notes - June 13th, 2018


The changes recently deployed for Community Connect all center around the LiveChat functionality. The LiveChat feature is a simple yet helpful tool which support staff can use for their center to provide timely assistance to customers.

In order to use the new functionality, each center will need to begin by creating their own LiveChat account. Once that has been completed users will then have to configure the LiveChat styling and then turn it on for the center.
