Modify Person Status

OMS uses a variety of automated processes to update the person status. For example, when someone is removed from service the person status is updated on the effective date of the change. However, there may be times where a user has to manually modify the person status on a record.

  1. Load the desired record.

  2. Navigate to the "Personal Information" screen.

  3. Click the edit icon displayed next to the person status.
