Ingenico device to a kiosk is not a difficult task. See the steps below to easily add one of these credit card devices to your kiosk. 

Step-by-step guide


installing an Ingenico on an existing kiosk is very simple:

  1. Plug in the device's network cable and power (not the USB cable yet), and allow it to boot to the Salvation Army logo.

  2. Open Windows Device Manager and expand the ports section.

  3. Plug

  1. while watching the Device Manager ports to see what new COM port number appears.

  2. Go into the Kiosk configuration screen and set the credit card terminal port to that new COM port.

  3. Restart the kiosk.


It's a really simple process in terms of physically connecting the device. If there are any issues please contact support.
