The dashboard module manages KPI manager allows users to control which widgets are available to users using permissions which are customizable by widget. when customizing the dashboard. These permissions can be set for each individual widget. There are two global permissions for each widget on the dashboard; "Allow All" and "Deny All". Each widget will default be set to one or the other. These permissions will make a dashboard widget globally available or hidden to all users with access to the dashboard.

When "Allow All" is set as the default permission every user that is given access to the dashboard will be able to see and add the widget. |

When "Deny All" is set as the default permission the dashboard widget is hidden from view and users will NOT be able to add it. |

Step-by-step guide
Edit a dashboard widget global permission setting:
- Go to Settings → Data Managers → Dashboard KPI Manager
Begin by selecting Select the desired dashboard widget
Info The current global permission is shown by an icon in the widget list:
Under the widget details section, select the appropriate global permission

A confirmation box will display, select "YES" to confirm the access changes

Warning Keep in mind that when the global widget permission is changed ALL dashboard users will be impacted, including any user overrides.
Select "SAVE" to finalize the changes

The global dashboard widget access has been changed!

Info After the global permission change has been saved the icon next to the widget will change.
