Forms have been added to the Forms and Waivers Dialog

  • Both the Health Information and Youth Enrollment forms are shown here.

  • They are always shown at the top with the word “Form” under the title.

  • Forms are simply completed (blue) or not completed (dark gray).

  • When a Form is marked as completed, you can simply uncheck it to reset it to an uncompleted state.

  • Forms are only good for 24 hours, and will automatically be shown as incomplete after 24 hours from the last time it was marked complete.

Signed Waivers can now be edited or unsigned!

  • On a signed waiver, you can now click the blue “signed” indicator button and then click the Unsign button to un-sign a form that was marked as signed accidentally.

  • On a signed waiver, you can now click the blue “signed” indicator button, edit the “signed by” selection and/or reference number, and then click Save if you need to edit incorrect information.

Forms and Waivers Dialog can still be viewed from the Forms and Waivers button in the header of the customer record

  • When access from the header of a customer record, all available Forms and Waivers are listed with an indicator showing whether or not they have been signed.

  • From this dialog, all Forms are Waivers can be signed, unsigned, or edited for the selected customer.

The Forms and Waivers Dialog is now shown during checkout when selling activities

  • This dialog will only show if there are forms and/or waivers required for classes or activities in the cart that have not been completed by the selected customer(s).

  • This dialog will only appear once when “Checkout” is clicked and will show the full list of forms and waivers required for everything in the cart!

  • If there are multiple customers purchasing activities for which forms and/or waivers need to be completed, the list of forms and waivers is grouped by customer.

  • The user can complete none, some, or all of the listed forms and waivers before clicking close to continue on to Checkout and complete the sale.

  • Users will still be prompted for these again during building entry if all required forms and waivers were not completed during the sale.

The Forms and Waivers Dialog is now shown during building entry

  • This dialog will only show if there are forms and/or waivers required for classes or activities that the selected customer(s) are attending today that have not yet been completed.

  • If there are multiple family members on a plan, only the members selected for entry that have outstanding forms and/or waivers will be shown.

  • If there are multiple family members selected for entry who have forms and/or waivers due, the list of forms and waivers is grouped by customer.

  • The user can complete none, some, or all of the listed forms and waiver before clicking close. (The customers will have already been entered into the building before this dialog appears.)

  • No labels
