LiveChat is a simple service which brings enhanced customer communication to websites. Devnext has already handled the coding and all centers have to do is set up an account, configure the styling and turn on the functionality. Before the LiveChat functionality can be configured or turned on each center will have to create a new account. 

Step-by-step guide

Use the LiveChat documentation for steps in creating a new account:

  1. Go to LiveChat: Setting Up
  2. Follow instructions for creating a new account
  3. No code will need to be copied to online sales for your account to work
  4. Instead, work to set up the styling
  5. Finally, once the account has been created and styled turn on LiveChat
