How long can a user edit their survey?

Question
When users are in the middle of an open survey, how long do they have to make changes to their answers?
Response
A user will be able to work on their survey (including changing answers that have already been submitted) up until the survey close date. Once the "close date" has arrived officers cannot edit their survey and the custom URL links will be disabled. If the survey has closed but officer’s still need to make changes then an admin user can edit the “closed date” to give users time to make their changes.
When a survey is closed…
Surveys can no longer be edited.
Custom URL links are disabled.
No one else can be assigned.
No one else can be notified/reminded.
Surveys will automatically lock on the “Closed Date”. Until then, they can be edited as much as desired.
