Once a center has created a LiveChat account they need to configure it to set the styling. The settings listed below can be used to make the LiveChat widget match the styling of Online Sales.

Step-by-step guide
Setting the LiveChat styling:
Log into the LiveChat account for the center
Go to Settings
Open Chat Window>Customization
Set the appearance theme to "Modern" & "Bubble"
Scroll down and set the custom colors of your widget
