The mobile recent entries module is a great tool that allows users to quickly see a list of customers that have entered the facility so they can engage with them. It will highlight customers with notifications and alert users when there is someone that should not be allowed in the center.

Overview

Navigate to the recent entries module by selecting the Community Connect logo (top left) and select "Recent Entries".

As with other modules, Recent Entries is a specific user permission. The user must have access to it in order for it to be listed in the menu.

The "Recent Entry" module provides a quick way to see everyone who has entered the facility today (with the most recent first) and their pictures to help identify the customer. All of the customers allowed entry will have a green dot next to their picture. This is consistent throughout the mobile app so users can see those that have entered the facility for the day.

When a customer is selected their customer profile will open allowing the mobile user to learn more about the individual.

Customers that are denied entry to the facility will appear in red on the list.

All users will see customers flagged as deny entry as red. No special permissions are required.

If the user has the additional permission they will also see red and/or yellow customer notifications. The user can select these customers and see the details of the notification in the customer profile.
