The following is a list of commonly asked questions and answers.

Why can’t I get into my reviews?
A secure TSA network connection or a browser launched in Citrix needs to be used. After confirming with THQ that the website is operational, refer accessing the site issues to the Divisional IT Team.


Can I send all my invitations at once?
At this time you cannot send invitations in batches. You will need to send out invitations individually one by one.


Can I delete a review sent in error?
Yes, click the check box of the review to be deleted and click the delete button.


Can changes be made to the review after it’s been submitted?
Yes, the OSR Admin can reopen a review for any role on the DHQ Admin page. Once the review is closed by officer, the review cannot be reopened.


Can I change the reviewer after sending the invitation?
Yes. Use lookup and assign new review. A new invitation needs to be sent. Suggest contacting officer to advise they will be getting a duplicate invitation. No additional action is required on their part.


How can an officer get back to his/her review?
Direct the officer to the OSR Dashboard web-page or send a reminder from the DHQ admin page.


The officer said they completed their review, but the reviewer can’t see the self-evaluation?
The officer did not submit the review. 


Why doesn’t the evaluation summary show both evaluation results?
The reviewer and/or officer did not submit the review or the reviewer did not click start review link.


I know I entered the dates of the review, but they are not showing. What happened?
This page requires that you save changes by clicking on the save changes button.


How can I see all comments?
Click on the comments link in the menu and check the box “Show all.” All comments will print on the last page of the printed review.


How can I see all portfolio items?
Click on the portfolio link in the menu and check the box “Show all.” All comments will print on the last page of the printed review.


If the reviewer is the unit commander, do I need to assign the same name in both columns?
Yes, a name is required in both places. With approval, the DHQ administrator may impersonate the Unit Commander and check the digital check box for the Unit Commander’s comments assuming the review was completed and a concluding comment added as the reviewer.


We have a new Unit Commander. How does he/she get access to the OSR site?
IT teams have been given authorization to manage the OSR AD access lists for each division.


How do I give someone else at DHQ access to the OSR site?
IT teams have been given authorization to manage the OSR AD access lists for each division.


How do I print a review?
Use the "Reports & Charts" link to print a copy of the review.


Is there a maximum number of Goals?
Yes, only three goals may be entered.


Can the officer access the review after it’s closed to update the Achievements, note progress on goals or add documents to the portfolio?
Yes. They can access their review using the OSR Review Log-in page.


How did first year Lieutenants get goals and a mission statement?
CFOT had the second year Cadets complete goals and their mission statement as part of the Personal Management Class at CFOT last spring.
