Turn the feature on via Use Dynamic PagePages in Conductor > Settings

Select Add Module:

You can add them ad hoc with Use Dynamic PagePages enabled, or by adding another Free Text Area to you Page Types JSON blurb in Conductor > Settings > Pages section:
