This release focused on the following report improvements:

• Created a new report called “Mailing Labels - Corps and Other Ministries“ which produces a list of addresses of ARC’s, Corps, Krocs, Service Centers, Social Services, etc. to create mailing labels.

• Updated the Retired Officer Data Export report to include email addresses.

• Fixed the Child Listing report so that it includes results from all of the available person types (specifically “Accepted Candidates”).

8/17/2020 Deployment

This release focused on the following improvements:

• Fixed a Survey Assignments issue where the assign modal (where users assign individuals) was not allowing them to assign by person type and/or command.

• Fixedthe marital status shown in the officer heading to show “married” for PTG spouses.

• Fixedan issue where contact information was not being displayed on the officer summary screen after it was copied to a spouse in the event of a PTG.

• Fixed an issue with the appointments screen where the add/edit window was not allowing the organization tree selection to work properly.

• Fixed an issue where a records person status was irregular when there were multiple resignation/termination events.

Report changes:

• Fixed the Social Security Listing report to ensure the person type parameter works correctly.

This release focused on the following improvements:

• Updated the user security settings screen to allow users to filter users of the Officer Moves, Survey Manage Assignments and Review Assignments modules.

  • By default, anyone that had access to one of these modules previously will have access to "ALL" commands. You can change this access to only a specific command at any time from the user security screen. Please let me know if you have any questions.

• Fixed an ad hoc issue where the saved report list would expand upwards instead of downwards.
