Once a center has created a LiveChat account they need to configure it to set the styling. The settings listed below can be used to make the LiveChat widget match the styling of Online Sales.
Centers can set the styling of the LiveChat widget as they see fit. For more information on custom styling please visit the LiveChat styling guide.
Setting the LiveChat styling:
- Log into the LiveChat account for the center.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Chat Window>Customizationwidget → Customization.
Set the appearance theme to "Modern" & "Bubble".

Scroll down and set the custom colors of your widget.

- Go to Engagement>Eye-catcher.
- Select "Upload custom picture".
- Upload the "chat with us" image at the top right this page.
- Go to Engagement>Chat buttons.
- Upload the online button ("live-chat-now" image) and the offline button ("leave-message" image).
