Before the LiveChat functionality can be configured or turned on each center will have to create a new account. LiveChat is a simple service which brings enhanced customer communication to websites. Devnext has already handled the coding and all centers have to do is set up an account, configure the styling and turn on the functionality. The dashboard is unique within the snapshot as it allows you to customize the data however you see fit. The following guide will show you how to move your KPIs within the dashboard.

Go to LiveChat: Setting UpFollow instructions for creating a new accountNo code will need to be copied to online sales for your account to workInstead, work to set up the stylingFinally, once the account has been created and styled turn on LiveChat1. Hover over a kpi until you you see the move icon.
