Before the LiveChat functionality can be configured or turned on each center will have to create a new account. LiveChat is a simple service which brings enhanced customer communication to websites. Devnext has already handled the coding and all centers have to do is set up an account, configure the styling and turn on the functionality. The dashboard is unique within the snapshot as it allows you to customize the data however you see fit. The following guide will show you how to edit existing KPIs. 1. Click on Gear Icon
2. To change chart type select the desired chart type and save.
3. To change width select the desired width and save.
4. To change the data set make the desired updates and save.

- Trash Can - Delete KPI
- Cloud Icon - Save as JPEG or Excel file
- Page Icon - Print
- Copy Icon - Duplicate KPI
- Refresh Icon - Refresh KPI Data
