Updated the user security settings screen to allow users to filter users of the Officer Moves, Survey Manage Assignments and Review Assignments modules.
By default, anyone that had access to one of these modules previously will have access to "ALL" commands. You can change this access to only a specific command at any time from the user security screen. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Fixed an ad hoc issue where the saved report list would expand upwards instead of downwards.
