Divisional (DHQ) Conductors are Conductor Users whose scope is limited to a specific Division. These Conductors can syndicate content to local sites, share content with THQ, and approve THQ content for local site syndication.
Instructions
How to set up a DHQ Conductor
- Request that your IT Department add the user to the WebManager_Symphony_Conductor LDAP or AD group.
- Request that your IT Department search for the Webmanager Division LDAP or AD group: INTLAPP_WM_DIV_EMP (where EMP is the division code).
- If there is no such group in your system, request that your IT Department add the group.
- Request that your IT Department add the user to the Webmanager Division LDAP or AD group above.
- Grant the user access to the conductor site:
- Go to https://webmanager.salvationarmy.org/[YOUR CONDUCTOR URL ALIAS]/admin/site_access
- Click Grant Access
- Select Administrator from the Access Level dropdown
- Search for the user
- If the user is in the list, select the user and click Grant Access
- If the user is not in the list, click Add New User and add the user
- Then select the user and click Grant Access

- Set the DHQ Conductor for the Division
- Go to your Conductor > Sites page
- Select the three vertical dots (Image Modified) next to the division you wish to add the conductor to
- Select DHQ Conductors from the popup menu
- Click Add User
- Search for the new Conductor
- Select the user and click Add
